Prices are based on single or double occupancy. Each price listed is price per person. Double occupancy customers may have to share a bed, or sleep in a bed that is smaller than the single occupancy, if two beds are provided.
Deposits are non-refundable.
3. Payment Plans
Payment Plans consist of monthly payments on remaining balances after a deposit is made. A minimum payment of $500 must be made by the end of each month to maintain occupancy.
4. Payment Methods
Secure payment can be made via PayPal, Bank Wire or Zelle. Automatic payments cannot be accepted.
5. Cancellation by Customer
a. Failure to adhere to payment plan will result in loss of occupancy.
b. No refund can be issued. We strongly recommend each guest purchase travel insurance for any travel interruptions
6. Cancellation by Tano Travel
a. In the case of Tano Travel cancelling the trip, a full refund will be issued, including the deposit. Tano will arrange for our local tour operators, luxury hotel accommodations, and partners to deliver on the experience.
b. In the case of Force Majeure circumstances beyond the control of Tano Travel, including but not limited to acts of God, travel will be rescheduled to the earliest available date of both Tano Travel and the customer.
7. Changes to itinerary
Changes to the itinerary are at the discretion of Tano Travel and activities will be replaced with activities of equal value.
8. Changes to Pricing
Changes to pricing are at the discretion of Tano Travel, customers who have already paid by deposit or full payment cannot receive the change in pricing.

a. Vaccinations/Immunization Costs
b. Passport/Visa Costs
c. Travel Insurance Costs – Travel insurance is highly recommended for trip cancellations, baggage delays, flight delays, medical emergencies, etc.
We have not included gratuities in this price and we will not be collecting tips, as Ghanaian culture discourages tipping Tour Guides and others in the Tourism Industry. This rule does not apply when riding in a Taxi, Uber, or Lyft.
10. Customer Changes to Booking
At the discretion of Tano Travel, customers can make changes to booking prior to January 31, 2019 excluding purchased airline tickets. Acceptable changes include changes in occupancy, change in travel date, and change in add-on safari. This excludes if there are any additional charges due to changes, if the changes incur fees the guest will be responsible for paying the additional charges.
11. Age Restriction
Customers must be at least twenty-one (21) years old to purchase adult package and/or chaperone persons under twenty-one (21) years old on the family package.
12. Substance Free Policy
Tano Travel will prohibit substances at all locations outside of hotels, restaurants, bars, and night-life entertainment serving substances.
13. Health and Safety
A great deal of walking, standing, and sitting are required for this trip. Should any medical conditions, including but not limited to pregnancy, limit the ability to walk, stand, or sit, for long periods of time, it is strongly discouraged to take part in this trip. Further, safety is paramount, therefore Tano Travel will exercise its right to keep customers safe through various levels of security and certain travel boundaries during free time periods.
14. Additional Terms & Conditions of Tano Travel’s Contractors
Customers are required to follow terms and conditions set forth by contractors, which will be made known to each customer in advance.
Tano Travel will not use, or sell any of our guest personal information to third parties.
